The Coastguard Head Quarters Remodelled

The existing dwelling house will be remodelled from 3,200 SqF to 5,600 SqF. We plan to erect a two-storey front extension and first-floor, side, and rear extensions.

The garage has been converted into a habitable living space. The revised fenestration will include the balconies to the first floor, and in addition, a central full height glazed entrance way on the front elevation.

Roof alterations will be made, including roof extensions to the front and end gable. To accommodate the extension of the second floor we will also extend the side and rear dormers.
